What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy?

ART is an effective trauma intervention that facilitates emotional relief and healing very quickly.

ART is a rapid and specialized intervention that allows us to move distressing events or memories to other parts of the brain. Through this intervention we help the brain process these memories, desensitizing to the emotion and distress that may be attached to them. Then we replace the memory with one we prefer. The best part? Anything is possible! ART allows YOU to be the director of your own movie. You get to re-write parts of your lived story, and in doing so, we get to make our movie the way that we want to remember.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy helps us take back our personal power, healing past wounds, and therefore decreasing the negative symptoms we may be experiencing.

ART is an accelerated intervention. Often people experience significant relief within one quick session! With the rapid movement of distressing images and unwanted emotions, we can start to shift neurological pathways in the brain, re-gaining parts of self and who we were truly meant to be.

  • $235 for a 60 minute session
    $352.50 for a 90 minute session

    • Offering weekday and some evening appointments

    • Offering in-person and phone/virtual appointments

  • I ask that you please provide 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled therapy apt, otherwise a fee of $150 will be charged.

  • I don’t currently provide this service at this time. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to see if your therapist is covered under your benefits. Invoices provided for manual insurance submission. Please consult with your insurance provider, prior to booking.
