Sheena Reichert, MSW RSW
Welcome to Sheena Reichert Counselling!
Are you finding yourself struggling with symptoms, relationships, or daily life and functioning? Seeking support may be a powerful tool in being able to overcome some of those challenges.
I offer a safe and calm environment where individuals can feel listened to and validated.
Offering therapeutic services to those in the Okotoks, High River and Foothills area, I offer diverse modalities and interventions that may be helpful in overcoming some of your distressing symptoms.
Working in the human services and counselling field for over 10 years, I am grateful for the ongoing opportunity to offer guidance and support in the lives of others!
I am a mom of two busy boys and a wife to my best friend. Together we have a wild (but cute) pup, two very stubborn (but also cute) donkeys, and never-ending litters of barn cats. When I am not enjoying my time 1:1 with clients, you can find me hanging out on my acreage (most likely chasing an animal or tiny human) or attending one of my children's many sporting events. I enjoy my alone/quiet time and have a divine passion for travel. In previous years - I lived on a boat, wrote a book and attend Spanish school in Mexico. My new found excitement is wrangling donkeys and taking "adult time outs" to Costco.
You have a right to seek treatment. You have a right to better yourself.
A wise man once said, "Today is a gift. How are you wanting to spend it?" - DC
"Right now is a new opportunity to do something great with your life" - Unknown
** Disclosure - - I am not overly clinical all of the time! I enjoy being HUMAN and connecting with others. I tend to be quite sarcastic and engaging and really appreciate connecting with others on a relatable level. Therapy can be serious, we can also have fun while we are doing it.
Degrees/Registration:
